What was the highlight of ZEN Hostel Boat Quay
Good.
Excellent location. Short walk to Chinatown for budget eating places. It was a novel experience! The pod was very comfortable and I had 2 pillows which was a treat.
People who snore should not stay in this type of place as the noise they make disturbs other people's sleep. Re breakfast - instructions on how to cook the eggs and sausages would help. (Microwave only)

Located at the water and next to bars and restaurants Very friendly stuff at the reception. Free snacks and breakfast.
The pods are nice but the mattresses could be a little bit more comfortable. It was a little bit hard sleeping on those. But it was okay. Nothing serious too complain. Just still think it’s a little bit too expensive for what you get.

Do not take it. Try Chinatown location, or any location close to MRT station.
Location is good perfect.
We came at 8a.m. And have difficulties to get in, regardless of instructions, sent us by email. We had bad expierience with such type of hotel. It should be somewhere in airport, to spend few hours laying down. No privacy at all. Me and my wife paid $40 per person per night, and spent two nights there. Price should be twice less for such hotel.

What was the highlight of ZEN Hostel Boat Quay
Clean and quiet hostel, with helpful staff
- The bathrooms were perfectly clean at all times - The mattress was quite comfortable - The staff was super-helpful (giving tips and arranging my early morning taxi transfer to the airport) - Great location, very close to the Marina - It's quite nice that they offer free snacks in the kitchen throughout the whole day (cookies, crackers etc.) - I don't know if it just happened during my own stay, but I was impressed at how quiet the hostel was on both nights; all guests respected house rules. I've rarely managed to sleep so well at a hostel.
The lockers to leave your luggage are too small if you're on a long journey and you're carrying a big piece. But it was still ok, I managed to fit it at a corner of the room
